So long New York, it’s been real…..yum! All this over indulging, whilst delicious, has left me feeling like I need a little reboot! When I get back home I’m going to put together a little menu to help me ease back into it. If anyone feels like doing it with me, let me know & I’ll share it with you x

Made a salad of baby greens, blueberries, strawberries, sprouted pumpkin seeds & young coconut to accompany the berry veggie rice paper rolls I got from wholefoods. YUM!

Yesterday was running, native foods & shopping (great cardio walking around for 8 hours). Today was ice cream, @chicagodiner karma burger & naps. YOLO! Got the book because cook books are my porn.
Mixed berry & coconut sorbet - just blend two cups of frozen mixed berries with 1/2 cup of coconut water & 2 tbs of coconut cream in @vitamix_aunz 💙💜💗
