The Easter bunny was so good to me this year & brought me exactly what I needed. Banana island here I come! Look forward to sharing the experience with those of you who are joining me but I just want to be very clear, please DO NOT DO THIS FOR WEGHT LOSS! This isn’t a diet, it’s a gentle way of giving your digestive system a rest by eating mono meals or accompanying it with certain veggies that combine well & don’t put strain on your digestive system. It is NOT a quick fix for weight loss. Whilst some people may lose weight, it’s not always the case & it’s mostly just less bloat from not eating any sodium for the period of time that you do it. If weight loss is what you’re after, then be prepared to change your lifestyle. I do not believe in quick fix diets, teas, powders, or any other crazy stuff that people try to sell you. What I do believe works above all else is self love. Start nurturing yourself by being kind to you. acknowledge all the things you’re amazing at, and instead of comparing yourself to an unrealistic idea of beauty, spend that energy in nurturing YOU! So tmrw when you wake up, take a good look in the mirror and tell that awesome chick staring back at you how rad she is, because it’s true! You’re all amazing women and you inspire me daily.
