Q: Is salt really unhealthy for your body? I've always thought it was alright for your body, even healthy, and use Himalayan pink salt all the time. Should I cut back?

Q: Do you follow 801010? I recently decided to stop following it exactly. For me I used to love fruit and I started to feel like it was a job more than just eating great food! I also could hardly eat 2500+ calories every day and I was doing it for a year! It was so hard and interfering with my life obsessing about calories and ratios. I still try to get 2000 calories in and still trying to stay high carb and already I feel better and just more myself eating a vegan diet.

Q: Hello One hungy mami! I was wondering, with your experience on the "Beauty Detox Solution", where do you get the majority of your calories from? I understand Kimberly does not advocate a whole lot of fruit like 801010 or raw till 4, and she also warns against the over consumption of fat, and even talks about watching your cooked food portions, surely it isnt possible to get enough calories from eating predominantly greens and veggies? any help or insight would be greatly appreciated! Thankyou!

Sunday food prepping. Andie loves bliss balls so we make a big batch every fortnight which we keep in the freezer. We pop 2 in her lunch box on the days she has sports, dancing & after school activities for some extra energy. Her fave combo is almonds, coconut, carob, date , cinnamon & goji.
