Sunday food prepping. Andie loves bliss balls so we make a big batch every fortnight which we keep in the freezer. We pop 2 in her lunch box on the days she has sports, dancing & after school activities for some extra energy. Her fave combo is almonds, coconut, carob, date , cinnamon & goji.
